Refund policy
How refunds and returns work for market sales, custom prints and NFC stands.
Market sales
No refunds for a change of mind. If an item is defective, you can return it within 7 days for a fix, replacement or refund. Bring it to a market or email me.
Custom prints
Custom prints need a 50% deposit before I start printing, and the remaining 50% when the piece is done. The deposit is non-refundable once printing has started. The balance is due when the finished piece matches what we agreed. If it’s defective or doesn’t match, I’ll fix or reprint it.
NFC stands
No refunds for a change of mind or for phone compatibility. I will change or reprogram the link for free at any time. If a stand is defective, you can return it within 7 days for a fix or replacement.
This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.
