Buying
Can I buy online?
No. Everything is sold in person at local markets and pop-ups. The site is a gallery so you can see what I make and where I'll be next.
How do I pay?
Cash or e-transfer at the table.
Where can I find you?
Upcoming markets are on the Events page, and the next one is always on the home page.
Will the thing I saw on the site be at the market?
Usually, but batches are small and popular colours sell out. If you're after something specific, email me before the market and I'll try to bring it.
Do you ship?
No. Custom prints and NFC stands are picked up at a market too.
Custom prints
Can you print something I design or find online?
Usually, yes. Send the details (and a file if you have one) through the custom prints form and I'll quote it.
How long does a custom quote take?
I aim to reply within a couple of business days with a price and, if needed, questions about your file.
What are NFC tap stands?
Counter stands for local businesses. Customers tap a phone to leave a Google review, follow you on Instagram, join your Wi-Fi, or pay. $35 for one or $90 for a 3-pack (CAD), with your shop name or custom text. See the NFC stands page.
Care
How do I clean a printed piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth. Most pieces aren't dishwasher or microwave safe unless the product page says otherwise.
Are the layer lines supposed to be visible?
Yes — it's part of how the piece was made, not a defect. See the About page for more on that.
